VOLUNTARY RECALL ON UP, DOWN & AROUND (Bead Maze)

Discovery Toys has voluntarily recalled Item #1612, UP, DOWN & AROUND. The plastic tubes can break off of the toy, releasing a bead, and posing a potential choking hazard to young children.   

Providing quality products with children’s safety in mind is Discovery Toys number one priority. Therefore, although there have been no reported injuries related to this product, and the product passed all independent laboratory and internal safety tests, Discovery Toys is conducting a voluntary recall. 

If you purchased UP, DOWN & AROUND between July 2001 and January 2002, you should immediately stop using the product. For instructions on how to return the defective product and to exchange the item for a free product from a list of 5 items of equal or greater value, please contact Discovery Toys at productsupport@discoverytoys.net, or 1-800-341-TOYS (8697), or call your Discovery Toys Educational Consultant.   

Notification of this recall has been sent to all Discovery Toys Educational Consultants who sold this product along with letters for them to provide to their customers who purchased this item.
